— 2 tablespoons cornstarch
— 1 tablespoon lemon juice
— 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the crumble topping:

— 1 cup all-purpose flour
— 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
— 1/2 cup brown sugar
— 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
— 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish or 8-inch round baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, stir together blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon until combined. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.

3. In another bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon until combined.

4. Using a pastry blender or your fingers, cut in chilled butter until the mixture is crumbly.

5. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the blueberry mixture.

6. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberry filling is bubbly.

7. Let the blueberry crumble cool for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired. Enjoy!
