Blueberry Salad

Ingredients:
– 4 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained
– 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
– 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
– 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
– 1/2 cup chopped pecans
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup lemon juice
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine blueberries, strawberries, mandarin oranges, grapes, and pecans.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to coat.
4. Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
