Blueberry Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:
— 1 cup fresh blueberries
— 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
— 1/4 cup honey
— 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
— Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat and then reduce the heat to low.
3. Simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes or until the blueberries have burst and the mixture has thickened.
4. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
5. Once cooled, pour the mixture into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
6. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any chunks or skins.
7. Pour the blueberry balsamic glaze into a jar and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. The glaze will keep for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
