Blueberry Bread


— 2 cups all-purpose flour
— 1 cup granulated sugar
— 1 tablespoon baking powder
— 1/2 teaspoon salt
— 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
— 1 cup milk
— 2 large eggs
— 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
— 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3. In a large bowl, beat the butter until creamy with an electric mixer.

4. Add the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract into the butter mixture, and continue beating until well combined.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

6. Fold in the blueberries with a spatula.

7. Pour the batter into a greased 9×5-inch loaf pan.

8. Bake for 60-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

9. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.

10. Serve sliced and enjoy!
