Ingredients:
— 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
— 1 gallon apple cider
— 2 cinnamon sticks
— 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
— 1/4 cup honey
— 1/4 cup brown sugar
— 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, combine the blueberries, apple cider, cinnamon sticks, and nutmeg.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil, and then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.

4. Add the honey, brown sugar, and vanilla extract, and stir until well combined.
5. Continue to simmer the cider for another 10-15 minutes, then remove from heat.
6. Strain the cider through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any solids.
7. Serve the blueberry cider warm or chilled. Optional garnishes include orange slices or cinnamon sticks. Enjoy!
