Ingredients:
— 4 cups fresh blueberries
— 1 cup all-purpose flour
— 1 cup sugar, divided
— 1 teaspoon baking powder
— ½ teaspoon salt
— 1 cup milk
— ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
— 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
— Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. Spread blueberries evenly in the baking dish.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, ¾ cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
5. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
