— 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (approx. 4-5 lemons)
— 1 cup granulated sugar
— 6 cups cold water
— Lemon slices and fresh blueberries, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine the fresh blueberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the blueberries have burst and the mixture has thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
2. In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice, cold water, and the blueberry mixture. Stir well to combine.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
4. Serve over ice with lemon slices and fresh blueberries, if desired. Enjoy!
